Getting points is like pulling teeth

I’ve been a member of for a couple of years now and find the site quite useful for getting something back when making different online purchases. I’ve used them for contact lenses, for setting up Rabodirect and Anglo Irish Bank savings accounts, and for various other things like flights and car hire.

However, increasingly, I’ve found that there are frequently delays in having my points earned delivered to my PiggyBank. For my last two transactions, it’s taken e-mails to their customer support centre to have these points added. And most recently, there was a delay in getting my book token delivered that I’d purchased with PiggyPoints as well.

I’m all for getting something for nothing, and is a great service in getting better deals for Irish consumers, but I fear that if these kinds of delays are more widespread than just me then it’ll reduce the appeal of using what is a good overall site.
