Maybe this is why C&C is doing so badly at the moment? They’re sponsoring the Magners League but they’re not even getting their name spelled correctly on the Leinster season tickets – circa 6000 sold.

    It’s everywhere; it drives me insane. The Carlton Redcastle Hotel in Donegal has four stars and puts on their hotel keys: “Smile, your at the Carlton”.

    A hundred euros a night for a room, and they can’t spell…nor can their key manufacturers.

    Attention to detail has gone the way of customer service in this country, it seems…just plain gone.
