E-mailing a company CEO or senior management – a new resource for consumers?

Following on from my post recently about the use, or otherwise, of e-mailing a company CEO or senior management in order to escalate a customer complaint where that companies customer service team are not helping or responding, I thought I’d put this new suggestion out there.

Do you have the e-mail address for any CEOs or senior management for Irish companies that you’d like to share with the readers of ValueIreland.com?

I’d like to create and maintain a listing of these contact details so that whenever you come to the end of the line with a companies customer support process, or if you’re being fobbed off, or being sent around the houses trying to get things sorted, then you can just take your issue to the top.

This will potentially have two effects. Firstly, you may get a renewed focus on your problem if the CEO actually follows up on your e-mail, and secondly, if these e-mails become frequent enough, they may actually realise that they’re running a shoddy service for consumers, thereby giving them the opportunity to do something about it.

So, if you have these contact details, you can pass them on to me here via the Contact Page, and I’ll make them available for any Irish consumers that want (or need) to contact them to escalate any customer support issues.
