– Taking customer complaints to the top

A few times now in the last couple of weeks I’ve written about my initiative to try to collect the contact e-mail addresses for the CEOs and senior management of Irish companies to be used in the case of a customer service emergency.

This resource, to be used sparingly, is intended to facilitate consumers who want to escalate their customer service issues to the senior management of a company when they come to the end of the road, or just a roadblock, with the regular customer service staff.

I managed to secure the web address for this project. Hopefully this will be easy to remember, and easy to share with others.
