The greed of the business people right across the board, was and still is unbelievable. For example Joe Duffey last week had a young man on telling his sad story about the en-suit saga and being ripped off but a professional. NOBODY said hold on a second this guy was charging over €2,000 for less than a weeks work and he was the cheapest. The next cheapest was (I think €4,000). Now the next question is was this professional paying their full tax liability, I hardly think so. This is why the country is in trouble, Greed pure Greed. My rant for the Day. The only thing I disagree with is that "buy Irish" is a new slogan, or linked to this recession - I remember being impressed by seeing this all over the shops when I first visited Ireland 12 years ago.
