Is anyone experiencing the extreme improvements in the customer service provided by NTL? I wrote about this last week after an impressive response to a phone call I made to them.
And today, they followed up about the refund that I mentioned at the end of that post. They called to tell me that the refunds would be processed automatically and that it would come through on my next bill.
Pretty proactive for NTL – pretty good for any customer serving company in Ireland at the moment. Keep up the good work, and hopefully others will follow.
(And no, I’m not kidding – I’m seriously talking about NTL).
